Successful verifications are charged
A successful verification includes both legitimate verified results and fake detected results.
Failed verifications are not charged
If a verification fails and no result is returned, your wallet is not charged.
Wallet-based payments
Add funds before you verify, then the applicable price is deducted for each successful result.
Reduced enterprise pricing
Discounted pricing is available for enterprise customers and customers processing large verification volumes.
Verification Link Pro
An optional subscription for shareable links
Verification Link lets you send a check to your customer instead of collecting their details yourself. Every account can use it for free. Pro raises the limits, and it is a choice rather than a requirement.

No extra charge
- Up to 5 completed submissions per link each month.
- One link for each verification type.
- One verification per link.
- A 9-digit authorisation token you can regenerate at any time.
- A limit on how many times one customer may complete a link.
Verification Link Pro
USD 20 per month, billed yearly
or USD 25 per month, billed monthly
- Up to 3 verifications in a single link.
- Up to 5 links for each verification type.
- Up to 50 submissions per link each month, reset when the subscription renews.
- Business, Business TIN, KCCA Trading Licence and CRB links, which are not available on the free limits.
- Cancel whenever you want. The account returns to the free limits at the end of the term.
The subscription does not include verification fees
Each successful verification completed through a link is charged to your wallet at the rate listed above, in the same way as a check you run yourself. The subscription only covers the link feature and its higher limits.
