Questions
What people ask about Verification Link
Does the subscription replace verification fees?+
No. Each successful verification is still charged to your wallet at the published rate. The subscription only raises the limits of the link feature.
Can my customer see the verification result?+
No. The person completing the link only sees that their submission is finished. The result and the report stay in your account.
What is the authorisation token for?+
It is a 9-digit code tied to the link. Share it with the people you invite, and regenerate it whenever you want the earlier one to stop working.
What happens if I change a link later?+
The change applies to submissions made after you save it. Verifications already completed through that link are never altered.
What happens if I cancel Pro?+
The account returns to the free limits. Links created on Pro are kept but stop accepting submissions until you subscribe again.
